Just Google 'router based porn blocking'. When you request a site, the router consults the DNS to find out how to reach the site. If it is 'naughty', you will either be blocked, or referred to a server that does some fancier presentation before blocking you. If 'nice', the DNS will provide the real location and permit access. A simple, elegant, low cost solution chosen by the owner of the router (Starbucks, McDonalds, etc).

I'm sure this will be a fine way to shut down porn of all types across the Internet while at the same time restricting free speech, which is what the President wants to do as well as make the already super-rich people even more rich.

I suggest you learn / comprehend the history of this country from a minimum of 1900 on and the stifling effects of Democratic Party policies at least as far back as the Johnson administration.
