I have been to 27 Essex St and have gotten a young attractive attendant. She was more expensive than anything at 98 Mott and not as good. Mott is as cheap as it is because of the age of the GILFs there. There is no way they could charge top dollar and keep any kind of a client base. The first time I went there I got Erica. Went to 56 Rub a few days ago located in midtown manhattan. The good thing about the building is that there is no doorman and they do not have to buzz you in. So, no awkward waiting outside the building. Busy street (56th street) but you can just push the door open and get in, walk past a hair salon and go to the 3rd floor then buzz the apartment door to get in. Very clean place with nice set up.
