Some recent comments from others about providers 'overbooking'. I thought I would mention one that didn't. I contacted Alexlynn recently for a 'short lead time' hour visit. I was in the neighborhood. She answered quickly and could have easily tried to squeeze me in or rushed me through. But instead apologized and honestly told me she didn't have the time I requested, and asked if I would prefer to come another time when she would be more available.
