As far as I can tell being able to speak Chinese, the mama-sans are seemingly always Chinese from China which leads me to believe that they're run by Chinese people. The girls though, might not be. Lexi at GG is Thai, but speaks very good Chinese supposedly having grown up in Malaysia. Other mongers have reported some Korean and Vietnamese girls at these places if I recall correctly.

Sorry slow on reporting front. Catching up.

7 weeks back had Spa Serenity pleasure dream w / KiKi -- an A+ hands down top 3 of AMP exp ever I would rate her. Of course, go back 2 weeks ago, Kiki apparently rotated out.
