What is the best way to deal with not so good bookers? Is it once you back out, you're just permanently blacklisted by them?

An OC booker made me screen very heavily for 2 days with him including work information, tax forms, and HR info. After that and day of wanting to book, he says No unless I send a photo ID. I said No, I will try elsewhere and moved on by settling for another booker who came through with just my references, network and she provided accurate pics of the girl.

A very new LA based booker acts like its a high school kid (based on the ads / postings). He / she has a very specific girl I am trying to book with and whitelists me. Once I try to schedule I am told the girl will be back later but do I want to try others? I said no, and will wait only to get unwhitelisted and blocked from communication.
