I've had this same thing happen to me twice. The first time, just before I left I said "I guess I should give you your allowance". She said "oh, okay, I had forgotten all about that". The second girl it happened with, I just left without paying. With both girls I ended up in a regular arrangement for a few months. Always just laid $$ on the nightstand with the first one, never paid with the second one. As I look back, I could kick myself for ever bringing up an allowance with girl #1. Plenty of people here, those who have SOs for example, *want* to give the girl an allowance. Shows her what the relationship is, and isn't. Obviously, don't break the bank, but unless you want the girl tallying up 'debts' in her mind, this is a simple way to keep it NSA.
