I've been wondering if it's worth it, myself. Last year, while starting out, I got lucky and seemed to get more attractive providers than not, particularly in the SGV and not in OC, like you might expect.

It's pretty much the same shit in LA. Less vietnamese though. There's only one place that I know has vietnamese girls but it's not a FS place (in Downey). Downey Therapy is all korean, so is All Seasons in Downey if you want koreans. Most of the places are Chinese though. HT also has koreans and latinas.
