The scammer doesn't need the actual card. The scammer will insist you send her the information on the card before she meets you. From there they can withdraw the money online and transfer it to their account. You are out the cash and they never have to actually be in the country.

The forum search feature does not work on 3 letter names. They might have created the provider name that way so you couldn't find bad reviews.
