I have found it unfruitful and dangerous to negotiate written solicitation for any sexual acts with a provider. I don't know HX, but they are not immune from any subpoena of written correspondence by LE. The girls who have been arrested know this, and you should know this.

I personally would avoid it, and even those girls who are willing to BBFS typically will not agree to it over the internet.

Best way to raise your chances for BBFS in my humble experience is to do your research here and in other forums, and hope you are one of the ones she will agree to do BBFS with you. I think that's a standard response they send to all of us mongers. I don't believe that they have a list who ask or try all the time or they'd just block / blasklist you.
