1) Upfront payment has been the norm at BO since maybe 6 months ago. Golden Gate (GG) has requested upfront payment in a few dreams during that time span also.

2) B2 B in the TS has been the norm at the higher tier places in the area for a while. In my buddy's dreams, GG and BO are consistent in this regard, with U massage being a sometimes.
