Window shopping, night of 9/8: One reasonably shaped and sized BSW spotted around California on Madison, around 10:30 pm. At least, I'm virtually certain she was an SW; she definitely gave me the eye when I passed multiple times. Though she kept on walking west once she did. Not sure what that was about. I have seen flashing blue lights in those east-west streets north of 290 and west of Cicero before. The police always are pulling people over in that area for some reason.
