Have never seen this issue brought and up and not to sound tight waddish (maybe a little frugal) but wondered if it customary to tip providers? Seems some are surprised to get one and some stand between you and door. I have and have not-guess I been doing kind of like in a restaurant-if get good service nice tip, if not- notta. If I feel a provider's service is over and above my expectations, I tip- depending on the original donation. I have seen providers who's rate is $180.00 or $200.00/ hr and gotten my socks knocked off: nice GFE, Greek, wonderful attitude, etc. And I've left between 50 and 100 extra if I feel it's warranted. This does 2 things, 1st it shows my appreciation and 2nd if I ask in the future for a session, it tends to get me preferential booking. If the session was okay, I may or may not call again, but won't tip. And obviously if service is sub standard, I won't tip or ask to see her a 2nd time.
