Plenty of action on Green before the rain hit, anyone notice that young spinner in the read dress carrying the shopping bags near 12th? Probably after 2:30 am, just stood around looking at cars but wouldn't go near anyone, was really quite strange & was creating all types of traffic issues as well which went on for quite a while.
