I'm pretty sure the site was off-shored back in 2009 or 2010, shortly after it changed hands from local, individual ownership to the corporate owners of a certain nationwide, spam-infested, scam-ridden site (the name of which I am apparently prohibited from mentioning).

Even more disturbing is that a lot of those guys don't raise a voice when providers use tactics to accumulate information on various men.
