I was arranging an initial meeting with the 2nd one until I found out she lived in Waukegan which is quite a distance from me. She was willing to drive down to me but I was looking for of an ongoing thing and saw the distance thing as a challenge.

Has nothing to do with SA. But if you search back on a thread I posted a few days ago, it relates to the topic that LEO is still out there using the Web for their hunting. Do they possibly have a presence on SA. Possibly. Just following up as a 'beware and be cautious'. That's all.

Sometimes a girl will ask to Uber her somewhere, such as to the M&G location or FC. How do you all handle this? Do you do it? If so, do you use your own Uber account, or do you have a special account set up for this purpose? I'm asking because if you use your real Uber account, then the girl will know your real name. Didn't see her. After she countered with $4 she said if you can't afford that good luck. Don't really like that attitude. I feel there is a difference between being able to afford and feeling what she is worth.

On Airbnb, I would feel like an asshole using someone's private home. Maybe I'm weird that way. If someone did that in my place without my ok they would have to put me away.

Is Airbnb cheaper for one night after you figure in cleaning fee's, etc?

Also, there's no shame asking a hotel for a day rate. I've used hotels for half a day or something in the past when traveling and having an especially long layover at a odd times.

There is an archive on the Richmond VA sugar thread that includes a bunch of useful posts on this topic, including one of mine. There are several sites / apps these days that give day rates at hotels, searching by location. You can also try at any Hilton property, searching for room availability w / check-in and check-out on the same day, and it will give you the day rate.

We messaged for a bit back and forth. Setting up a M&G but when she insisted on doing it over dinner at the Waldorf Astoria I got turned off. I don't like dinner M&G's anyway, if she's a dud you are stuck sitting through dinner. Her picking one of the more expensive restaurants in the city made me think she's a self entitled gold digger. So I brought up the topic of allowance but she refused to talk about it prior to the dinner M&G

Didn't meet her in person so I can't comment beyond initial impressions.

She wanted me to meet her at a very expensive place for dinner too. It might be a way for her to dine at some great places and then ghost us. I will leave her along.
