Yeah, I noticed that, too. I get the feeling that the local businesses (mainly BK and the red-headed kid) must have done some major-league bitching about the activity so there was some sort of hard crackdown. Or maybe there just aren't any rooms at the Suburban where a lot of the road construction guys seem to stay.

I've had days on my way to or from work and seen the streets flooded and the very next day at the same time completely empty. Just go out when you have time and see what you find.

It seems to me that after 2200 theres almost always things to find, especially from the strip clubs to the mall. I've never done early early morning. I seem to also have good luck from 0900 to 1200.
