Ahh, HK, been there several times. The last time I was there was a year+ ago on business but trust me not much has changed since then. It seems most expat mongers like picking theirs in bars or parlors on HK island or near TsimSarTsui in Kowloon. But if you want gems, you have to go where the regular locals go. You know all those online ads with fake girls in photoshopped pics you see here in the US? Yup, those are the ones available there. Russian, HK / local, mainlander, Thai, Philippina, Indonesian, usually in that order in term of price.
