Saw her last night. Sweet girl. Little more of a drive than I will repeat. By far the most sketchy and disgusting house I have ever been to. When I say disgusting you can't imagine. And in addition to all of her other skills and qualities, she's also a pretty good painter and works very reasonably. Recently did a fairly large project for me and did a great job. She also recently detoxed and is working hard to stay clean, so any work you can throw her way will be greatly appreciated. She has also proven (to me anyway) to be honest and trustworthy. Maybe not always timely, but given her transportation issues lately, that's understandable. Bottom line is she's a solid value (no GPS at all) and can be very accommodating.
