Back when CL still had their personals section, it was rife with those email only posts. Pretty quick you'd be able to tell if it was a scam by the dumb ass wording they'd used and jacked up email format that was used in the past 10 ads you just skipped. Glad CL uses an email relay system since most ads would reply pushing you to a cc verification scam site. Even then, definitely still use a separate email or number for the hobby, which sure most of us already do. Actually had an IRL friend get caught by his ex when she went through his phone and found he mongered while away from her out of state.

My experience is if the escort is only using an email address to make contact, they are probably running some type of scam. Everyone I've ever tried to contact who used only an email address was not legit. Nowadays if I see only an email address. I don't even bother.
