2. Purchase a generic visa gift card with cash at any store.

3. Attach the visa gift card (s) numbers in your paypal account.

Untraceable, this way you don't need an international card (SA is in canada).

Yes you have to pay for it and it isn't cheap. It takes a lot of time talking back and forth and I learned you cannot be direct. If to many girls report you the site will ban you and ya lose your money.

I think the average (for me) has been $300 and you host.
