I know Rain Spa had closed but they have a remodeling opening soon sign now. Just like BLDS has. Not sure what's going on but it seems fishy. 101 never really opened but was there for awhile. They are open now. If I'm being optimistic. Owner of one good parlor is buying out the others and remodeling.
