I've been to Tokyo and Super Spa many times. Full service is a sure thing for $$. But, there are some drawbacks too. The buildings are old and run down, but at least they are somewhat clean. Many on here have mentioned the musty smell in the table shower room, however, and I can confirm that. Lastly, the ladies are not exactly in their prime. Most of them are 40+ and not that hot. Lately Super Spa seems to be the best in my opinion. The ladies there put more effort into it. Last year I would have said Tokyo was the best; so it changes. You could always stop in each spa and ask to meet the ladies, and then pick the one that you like. I've done that in the past. They don't like it, but always do it for me anyway.

Are you referring to the Two dollar charge for using a charge card? If so, I've been paying that for many many years in AMPs. I always tip in cash though (it seams the girls are always very secretive about their tips from the owners / boss lady) I always pass it too them nonchalantly under counter height while getting my cup of water and piece of kiwi candy on the way out the door. I wonder if they get shook down on there tips or what?

Sunrise Massage on Olive, in Olivette, provides a decent strictly therapeutic massage for $50/ hr and I have been accomodated on a walk in basis. English speakers are rare, but the front desk lady does a good job of translating. Chen Sheng has been my frequent for awhile. Suddenly, some bullshit that will cause me to never return. This scenario has been reported at multiple places in the past, but I never thought I'd experience it. Always assumed the dudes were being dicks, aggressive, whatever.

Got a masseuse I've gotten several times before, got the (good) service I've gotten each time before, tipped the same I had before, which is customary for what is rendered. Then got pressured, out of nowhere, for more. "You pay moo wif caaahhrd!

And that lady had always been very sweet to me. It was shocking to me, I've been around for a good decade and always a proud good-tipper.

Unfortunately, I can only assume that the incident could lend more gas to the "shit is about to go down" conspiracy theory fire that has been swirling. Although, still seems unlikely. However, I'm so out out on Chen Sheng.
