I've never been, but it is my understanding that HK Spa has latinas.

HK Soa has a mix of ethnicities, including Latina's. Last time I was there, about 2 months ago, all the Latina was interested in was up selling. This ruined the vibe so never went back.

A few doors over, above Hell's Kitchen, was a spa that had great Asian girls. Much could be had at reasonable pricing. Unfortunately they didn't last long and are now closed.
