I've actually been there too, only once though. The massage was stupid, with a towel over my back and she basically was just pressing on me -it also lasted too long. I would repeat with her if her menu / options were better, but I've never been back. It's a busy shopping center so no worries about walking in. I agree it is clean and it also has decent private rooms, easy parking -too bad the massage and service is not better.

This might be the place I tried out yesterday and it wasn't bad. Offered a semi nuru which was a nuru with little to no oil so it was much cleaner with no chafing, lol. $40 or $60 to the house and a $60/$80/$100 tip structure.
