Last night around midnight I cruised the Grand / Pulaski / North area to see if there was any SW activity. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be found but LEO cars. I guess there must have been a recent crackdown because usually the area is teeming with BSW / HSW / WSW. And reading the reports that 47th / Cicero is drying up rapidly, it's getting tougher to find a SW in Chicago. Sad, doesn't LEO have more pressing matters?
