I wondered the same thing about pricing flux. The girls told me once that they jack up the prices on those blocks because it is the first stop off 528 and the tp. Girls travelling through find the area convenient for departure and guys are just lazy and / or inexperienced. Same reason your gas stations off interstates are higher than those on your block- convenience and ignorance.
