Why do the good ones have no phone?

Most girls don't have a phone or can't keep a phone because of their drug habit, they well either sell it or trade it for drugs. They also lose it or it gets stolen because they are high on drugs and can't keep track of it. Another thing is if a girls only has $20 and her phone bill is due, she's probably going to spend that money on drugs.
