Figured out the real reason is GPS. I texted her from a different number inquiring about seeing her and as we talked asked if she was open to anal and she said yes. Then gave a price for hh with anal which is higher than my price for an hour with anal.

So it seems that she did not like the rate I was paying as a long time regular so she lied and said she does not do that anymore, Mind you she is the one who offered me the rate I was paying her if I was going to be regular as she said she would like regulars. Your situation is different. It could be that she's suffering physically or got medical advice to stop. Have you asked her "Why the change?" If it's just because she isn't into it anymore then you have to decide if she's still worth your money. But in the end it's her body, she can make any choice she wants, and it's your money, you have the same choices.
