I got it from my family doc. Urology appointment is expensive, higher copay, like 75 bucks. Family doc is 20 bucks copay. My insurance is crappy but I got a coupon for Viagra which made is reasonable. There is a generic form of Viagra (Sildenafil) but its only 20 mg so I have to take like 5 at a time to get the full benifit. Considerably less expensive when compared to Viagar at 50 bucks a pop. Local drug store in Winston called Marley Drug does 30 tabs for 50 bucks I think.

You need a prescription in USA! I believe you can buy it OTC in Mexico or UK in limited quantity. Of course there are plenty of places on the internet where you can buy these drugs but don't know if they are genuine. Most of the Generic Viagra sold on the internet is manufactured in India or China! You can try it and let us know!

Reason is very simple. Good providers tend to be selective. Just like you don't want any provider without some Intel a good provider wants to be certain that she won't get mugged or robbed by an unknown. Plus there is the fear of LEO both ways. Bottom line is that we all don't matter.

Time to get your heads on straight and realize we are a needle in the haystack with a few roses in our back pocket. Act accordingly!

This is an extreme view and may be true to a certain extent. Most providers don't care or don't want to be involved at a personal level. I avoid those type of providers. I certainly don't want personal involvement with candyholics. Most of us are married and have family and we certainly don't want to take these low end providers home!

Having said that there are exceptions to the rule and I have been fortunate to have such girls in my life. Girls that I would take everywhere if I was not bound.
