There was a SB in Chicago running a scam like this last year. The only thing I remember was that she claimed to have relocated from Alabama, blonde, 24-25 years old. She said she wanted to do a celibate date first with half of the monthly allowance (she quoted $300, WTF?) on the first date. She said the subsequent dates would involve sex and no more money would be exchanged until the end of the month. She claimed she did not want to feel like a wh-re when we met for sex and that exchanging money for sex made her feel like a prostitute. Since "she did not want to feel like a wh-re", I told her "we could just do three or four regular dates to get comfortable before any intimacy", then I'd give her what she was asking up front because I'd know she was serious after meeting multiple times. Obviously, she would not go along with that idea, which I had predicted all along. It was a set up to get $300 for a dinner date, and then she would disappear, blocking your number and profile. When you play the game long enough, you can see through the scammers like they are glass.
