Got Jamie's number from a fellow board member and after texting back and forth for 2 days I decided to meet up with her this morning for an incall. Big mistake. First, the incall. Very sketchy lower north side area. She met me at the corner and walked me up. I asked her if she lived alone. She said she has "a" roommate but "they" leave her alone. Hmm, what's wrong with that sentence? Sure enough we walked in and there's no less than 8 people in the living room and kitchen. Thugs of every shape and size. All strung out. One other white girl in early 40's at kitchen table but other than that everyone else was black. Now I'm black so I'm not as easily scared off by something like this but I feel for some of you that would be caught in the same situation. We made our way to a back room with only a broken futon. Probably should have turned around a long time ago. At this point every red flag in the book has been checked. But it got worse.

Texted her after leaving Jamie's and she was on 6th and G. Went through and grabbed her up and found a spot.

Cruised GF & Linc this morning after my regular wasn't available. There were several on GF in lower numbers. There also a few on Lincoln. One was very thin and tall with a short skirt to show off legs. But could have been a guy. There was a younger WSW with short shorts that showed off a great butt. She met up with the tall SW and another SW and they all went into a house. Must be taking a break for the day.

Anyway, on a side street completely away from the action, I saw a white girl, about 5' 6", and an OK figure sitting on the steps of a house. I drove by and pulled over the the curb about a month away. When I checked the mirror, she was speaking to someone in a car that had stopped by her. Then she walked over to where I had stopped and asked if I wanted company. She hopped in and we went to a quiet spot for BBBJ. She said she was Abby and she didn't usually work the street but some guy stole her phone. She didn't have digits to share. She did a great job. Not hurried. No attitude. Very pleasant. The downside was the scarring on face & legs. But if I see her again, I will definitely pick her up.

So I had an hour to kill & was near the loop around 6,in the big and, OMG LEO everywhere, even the undercover black tahoe, with tinted windows, drivers window open plain clothes you. C. Driver, parked & filming driver window half down, same tahoe yesterday filming parked on 12th G. When I tried to scoop up abby, love those plunger lips, but way to hot last night, so after leaving and, I head west on G,on 12th a female decoy for sure blue jean shorts sunglasses, late 20's Latina, I'd say, the dummy pulls over so obvious in his black senata, talks to the decoy whatever he said bam cops on his tail, handcuffed against the burgundy crown vic, all in plain clothes, as I get squeezed in by carscdriving wild for Puerto rican fest I mean really, I eventually swing back around heading east on G this time, tgeres a different decoy on 14th s. W. Corner 30's planted wasn't moving from her spot, never have seen these two before just a heads up boys be careful its getting supet hot & obtw there stands sexy Abby with those plunger lips standing on 13th s. W. Corner surrounded by 5 guys, exactly right in between 2 decoys on 13th & 14th, her gang stayed stationery, no f'and way I was going to pull over or try to scoop her tonite, so I headed home pist, because she's the one I was hoping would be out. I have a few postings coming up thus week, been super busy with the business, so I bern slacking boys, got to love that kayla, I always, have a good time with her totally drama free. I agree with you, but he's got a point on the quality of life issues. Whether renting or owning you don't want to see SW's hanging out, getting picked up and dropped off, drug deals going down right on the streets. The number one reason this big Enforcement campaign started last summer is the ladies wouldn't stay off the corner of 23rd and Greenfield. The Church finally had enough and screamed loud and long enough that Alderman Donovan had to do something. He and Perez pressured the Police Captains enough that they had to do something. It's no coincidence that the first MPD Street Cameras were placed on 23rd and Greenfield and 23rd and Orchard.

My own personal feeling is they know they can't take care of the problem but by periodically cracking down and forcing a shift from one neighborhood to another they placate the residents of the first neighborhood. Again, just my opinion, but backed up by a lot of experience, is that 13th and Greenfield is going to be the next heavy enforcement area. SW's, dealers and mongers alike are getting far to brazen. The smarter SW's are already sliding to 6th St, Lapham and Mitchell. If everyone would keep it more low key and further off the radar screen the heavy enforcement would go away. But when it's 8 30 AM and you have 7 SW's and 3 dealers openly doing business on 13th between Greenfield and Orchard the Alderman can't look the other way, the Police Captain can't look the other way and the street cops can't look the other way.

Thanks to the last few posters for their insight / observations. I for one find it helpful. The virtual elimination of casual dating websites has brought more shoppers to the area (and this site). The SW's I've spoken with have commented on the increase in creeps and nasty looking dudes as well. Summertime in general is when the "crazies" come out according to one lady I saw in April. Off the subject a bit, I wonder if the massive street construction on Greenfield will move east once the current project is complete. I know nothing about road and underground pipe construction but this thing has taken eternity! Many nice, dry days when nobody's working on it.

When I was in high school 30 years ago I had a friend who lived on 10th and Burnham that had a crappy 70's Camaro. At least once a month his car would get stolen by his "neighbors" who would take it for a joy ride until the cops found it and returned it only to be taken again. The girls walk here because there's drug houses on every corner and they don't have to go far to get there fix. The cops have there show of force to keep everyone on there toe's and to show the community that there doing there job. Everyone that lives in that area is well aware of everything that's going on and knows it can't be stopped.

I think the talent is moving to the side streets because National & Greenfield are getting pretty wild. You see people making all sorts of illegal turns without even bothering to use their turn signal. Then sometimes you will see 2-3 cars stop on the side of the road to pick up the same SW yelling out their windows. I could see people living in this area easily complaining to the police because it creates a quality of life issue. Typically the SW stuff is not a high priority for enforcement given the high violent crime in Milwaukee. But once you have taxpayers complaining that the driving is dangerous and it hurts property values, enforcement becomes a much higher priority.

I recently saw Sam thanks to Jose hooking me up with her number. She has a room she can use at her place. Everything is on menu. Highly recommend her. Tall, blonde, slim, and extremely submissive (don't feel afraid to give direction).

There has been an increase in reports of scooping on or just off of Mitchell. That is really interesting to me because I have never seen a SW on that street. Wonder if the talent is shifting south from G. I took a brief drive this afternoon and nothing was going on. Anywhere.

Just before seeing this I had taken a run down Greenfield, seeing nothing but JoJo. Came back heading West and a TGTBT blonde spinner was standing on 12th. She studiously ignored my arrempt at eye contact. Intrigued I drove a few blocks and looped back. Apparently roughly 125 other mongers did as well because the corner was just swarmed. She studiously ignored everyone. My radar started tingling, but I took one more loop, this time approaching from Madison on the North. A pickup was stopped at the stop sign heading North. He must have said something out the window because she walked halfway to his truck before shaking her head no and returning to her corner. I figured he was smart enough to just ask if she needed a ride. That was enough for me. I went West on Greenfield to 16th, North to National, turned West and ran straight into the LEO convention. Just kept rolling West and called it a night. Won't surprise me if we see some media reports on a sting.

Only saw one see today cruised for awhile. I did see an older Indian couple by g and 14th. Anyone know what the deal is with these 2? Are they neighborhood protectors, they were out for quite awhile.
