Tends to not want to host for the first meeting, but ok thereafter. And you can probably twist her arm into hosting the first meeting as well.

800/3 = 266 so offer less and settle on something in that range. If you do end up with 800 per Month and she will meet 3 legit Times that's not terrible. You can find lower cost options though. I would just stay friendly make your offer and if she balks then say too bad this isn't going to work out because I really like you. She may come back to you later after she strikes out!
