Last I checked case records in AZ they have not changed. Warrant issued. And I was told (by someone whom I don't trust) that she is in VA, Richmond aparently. He also said the charges in AZ are non-extraditable but I don't see how a VA court would release her in to a program and extend her court dates here for 6 months without requiring her to square up in AZ.
