If you pull over, you are likely getting cuffed. Now this was years ago. It was CPD. Dart may have diff rules. A friend of mine that I taught to monger pulls in. She comes to the car. Having been off those streets for many years and not working them in some fashion I. E. Some sorry f'er in Mount Prospect who got convicted of "sex trafficking" (which is basically what they used to call pimping) was convicted and got LIFE in prison for managing a stable of euro hos. I guess he roughed them up and had them tatted with his name and stuff. Still, none were underage. I'm not saying his mother should be proud of him, but murderers and rapists don't even get life in prison sometimes. So, it just goes to show that the system makes examples where it sees fit.

Agree a hundred percent! Don't want to get too political here and wind up getting flagged so just look up a very high profile case that is going on right now. The woman's father is a major player in the whiskey biz and actually either her grandfather or possibly even her father were involved in a huge take over in the entertainment industry. I agree with the assessments here, but also, people need to chill out a little. Adults having sex is not the worst thing that can happen in society and don't force your religion on me. Repeat- if people stopped having sex then nobody would be here. You would not exist right now if two people did not have sex. It's a human desire, it's been around since the start of time. Criminalizing what is a human desire, what was legal for thousands of years in other societies, the desire that is responsible for our existence is religious oppression disguised as virtue. If you don't want to have sex or pay for sex then don't. If you want to stop other people from making a decision that has nothing to do with you then do the world a favor and keep your religion to yourself. But if you are hell bent on stopping people from having sex or committing a sin then go join ISIS.
