I stopped by there as well, when the elevator door opened I thought I maybe was lost. LOL, then saw a dude in a towel being hurried into shower. Hellooooo. Went to the address I received for Chichi's. It's in property very close to Century Center. Once on the level the parlor was on, I was greeted by Vivian (the white girl who's worked at several different parlors in the past). She's running the place. Asked her if they were open yesterday, and she said today was the grand opening and the first day the place was staffed, so anyone saying they'd been there yesterday is, at best, mistaken. I'll include some images I took in the parlor. The place is new, with new flooring and fixtures throughout the place, and some areas are still a work in progress.
