You don't need symptoms to have an active infection.

Most places like Planned Parenthood will give you a Zpack even if you are not having any symptoms.

The Zpack can help prevent symptoms such as feeling like you are pissing fire and it will usually kill any STI's you might have.

I can only tell you from my experience of knowing a couple ladies who own and run shops that they don't reuse the towels without washing them thoroughly, Typically they have a bleach bucket near the washer that they throw the cum towels in once they have wiped you off, takes care of any DNA evidence they've stroking your Johnson. Depending on the day they'll do a couple of loads of wash on those a day, bleach and detergent, cleans everything up and sends it on down the drain, far from any prying eyes of LE. Unless you are in a shop where the whole place seems re-used I wouldn't worry about the towels too much, they usually are washing them every day.

Some don't care, some like the thrill. I've met girls I've gone raw with and ones I wouldn't let give me a HJ. Depends on how clean they seem. Then again I have immediate access to ARVs and always run a course if I've done more than a BJ with any provider, raw or otherwise. So far despite all the women I've had, I've never caught a thing.
