She clearly has either formal training and / or loads of experience, as it was just what I needed. Good personality, pretty good English. I will definitely return to see her.

You're right! I keep forgetting they had a name. I was thinking he want to a place with in a TownHouse (TH). I've been there a number of times. It's a crapshoot, depending on the provider you get. I've only had one there that let me put FIV and got topless. And that was when they first opened a year ago or so.
