I got to the 6th floor and as described in the past, nothing but grandma's in there. I asked if there were any girls and they looked at me like I had three heads. I didn't even bother to check out the 3rd fl to be honest.

Walked about 119 Elizabeth since I was in the neighborhood but didn't go in. There are two more massage spots right across the street from there that I would argue have to offer something more than a back massage. I haven't found much info on other spots on Elizabeth.

That is my problem with the 3rd floor. It is too damn expensive for what you get. The first time I went to 98 Mott I went to the 3rd floor. This was a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly I got the older, shorter chubby one that everyone said to avoid. Same experience as you. Second time I got Lilly who was much more attractive and she made it interesting with all the moaning and groaning. With both Nina and Lilly there was no real massage. I think that for that primative environment it is too much. You have to piss in a bucket, no AC and if you are luck an alcohol wipe down. For just over your what your total expenditure cost you, you can go to almost any AMP in Jersey and have a really good time in an air condition room and get a TS.
