Turns out Ruby is back. I haven't seen her since she got back, but I texted Rose Spa and whoever replied said she's there. I don't know about now but this group originated in st Pete with 2 locations, Final touch on 49th street and 8th ave and and tropical gardens on 4th street north above 86th ave.
