Its simple, personal reference from a already approved person or a reference from a known provider. Ie: Maddy, Chanel, Kiki, Becca all of whom are newby friendly. Second is to start posting with a decent set of reviews with known providers that can be followed up on. There is a certain level of trust and security everyone expects. Letting uncle LEO or a thug in the group ruins everything.
