That is my problem with the 3rd floor. It is too damn expensive for what you get. The first time I went to 98 Mott I went to the 3rd floor. I've been coming to NYC for work for a few years now. Since some of my favorites were shut down a couple years ago. I started going to Pink Spa. I like the flat rate FS and knowing what I'm going to get. I was just looking at RUbmap and see the latest reviews are all of 1 girl. And no FS described. An not a flat rate.
