This is just a heads up for any of you that visit Sunny. If you park in the driveway, use extreme caution. There are no sidewalks on the street and there's a drainage ditch that runs alongside the street. Every driveway on that street has a large pipe underneath it to facilitate the drainage. Because of this, the edge of the driveway that's over the drainage ditch has about a one and a half foot drop-off. If the tire of your car goes off the edge of the driveway at that point, your car's body or frame will suddenly be sitting on the driveway with the wheel suspended. Last week one of her clients got to experience this first hand and needed a tow to get free. I only park in the driveway when the middle is available, otherwise I just park on the side of the street.

Driveways and edge of the road you have to be carefull cause most of the time you think there's dirt under the grass you see and theres nothing but a ditch with either water or mud hiddin under the grass, I almost rolled a dumptruck backing into a lot when the grass hid the frekin drainage ditch.

As many of you may know, it's just Sunny now. The owner of the house where Sunny and Dakota had been living has sold the house, so Sunny had to find a new place to stay. She has moved from the old place in SE Palm Bay to a 3 BdRm house in NW Palm Bay. Oddly enough, the new place is also off of Emerson. She's renting a bedroom and use of the house from a friend who also lives there and owns the house. I've met him and he's a very cool guy. He's almost 65 but still works a regular job and isn't there during the week. There's a good chance he'll be around on the weekends. He's fully aware of what she does and he'll stay out of the way if she's entertaining guests. He also has a girlfriend who doesn't live there but who might also be there on the weekend visiting. She's also very cool and nothing to worry about. The central air of the house is currently out but the bedrooms have window units and I can attest that it's quite comfortable. There's a new compressor and air handler which his son-in-law is going to install when he gets a break. You'll walk by the air handler on the way to Sunny's room. She's only been there a week and things are pretty messy but she's slowly chipping away at it. She plans to paint the room, clean the carpet and get organized. Right now it looks like an air conditioned storage room with a queen sized bed. BTW, Emerson now connects with the St Johns Pkwy, so if you're coming from the area of I-95 and Hwy 192, it's quicker to take St Johns Pkwy to the west end of Emerson.
