I've seen most of the 262 stable over the years and the pics are rarely actually the girl in the room, but they are usually pretty close. They do a way better job than some of their competitors.

Always assumed they are not real when the face is blurred and body is flawless, that's why this site is awesome. If enough users say she's great then the fake photo is a valuable guide to getting an idea of the girl, but shouldn't be thought of as 100%. Solid find on that movie cover either way.
