Give me some recommendations of some good locations to go for first time.
How is the transactions done? How do I tell them I want FS and such.

Best advice I can give is RTFF. Find the places that offer the services you are looking for. You will then know what is on the menu, and likely even the expected donations. This isn't my 'home' city, but read a bunch here before a visit last month. And selected Honey Spa for my visit (as someone else recommended to you.).

I had a very enjoyable dream with a HE and will repeat (planning my next trip now so back here reading again!
