I honestly don't even remember. Was really disappointed with the whole visit. I mean don't get me wrong. I got what I needed but was really wanting a GFE and wasnt even close.

Guess I'm not the only one who just leaves the donation. Recently had an issue with doing that. Kind of my fault for not discussing the amount beforehand, but $ is what I'm used too. She wanted / expected more. But that's all she got.

Google and then do the modified Epply (sp?) Exercise for a few days. It will put the crystals back where they belong in the inner ear.

I went to the ER this morning and hopefully got this thing squared away. I'm going to have to really think twice before I get on my back again.

I feel your pain. Just recently that has happened to me, I've had an ear problem ever since I was 10 but as far as dizziness and the vertigo it's just started. Not nearly as bad as yours but the first time it happened I had to grab on to the kitchen sink to avoid going down. Now it's just when I turn quickly or get up from laying down. Hopefully what ever they did in ER will help you fight it off and it won't come back again. Play and stay safe.
