They're pros or semi-pros just working SA as an alternative ad site. Whether its a 'great opportunity' or a 'bad sign' completely depends on your perspective. If you want to get down to business quickly with an escort-style meet, these kinds of girls can be great, especially if they're staying under the radar and not posting in the usual (or remaining usual) places.
