There's a really odd thing going on around Ramsey and S Payson at the intersection near the Busy Bee. I've noticed the last couple of weeks at night, the lights are complete out up to McHenry and down to Wilkins.

It's just the opposite of what usually happens around a open air drug spot. LE always has the spotlights basting all night. Is this some new tactic they're using? Anybody know the reasoning behind it?

7:30 PM on Saturday. Police van parked at 2nd and Washburn. Drove up stroll now back again. Not good at spotting UC. But if they were out there too, this has the making of a sting. Vans usually signal trouble.

Lots of LEO and 4 minimum tow trucks laying back a few blocks doing the hook and book. Foot officer in P / P hood area.

Seems to be fairly regular in the Wilkens hood area. With all the police hierarchy shakeups, makes me wonder if someone is trying to prove a point...?

According to a well known former SW to this board, two months ago Kiara was living in Severn. This person told me she drove into the city with her to get meds.

This person says Kiara lived right around the corner from her, and she use to see her all the time. Whatever happened since she left to ruin her teeth and scar up her arms and deflate her boobs must have happened quickly.

My friend says, she was looking good and had put on weight. When I showed her Kiara's face book page, she told me she looked skinny, according to my friend, she'd gained even more weight and looked better than the FB pictures.

I hope she finds her way out of the life very soon. What my friend described to me is the same pattern Angie / Strawberry took. She looked good for a long time, then mest up her teeth, got real skinny, and eventually passed away from a OD of meds .

Yep. Streets has played a toll on her. And yep got me for Twenty as well. Even her regulars. I use to let her get her meds first back in the day. This time, dropped her off like I use too and circled the block. Gone. So discard this one for she is now played out. #sad.
