I have always thought that if there is no accountability for one's behavior, whether it's personal or professional, many (not all) of them will do the least possible. This is why the disappearance of review sites is a bad thing. . . No accountability. I'm not sure this is the case with Elle or not, but let's face it. If you aren't really into what you are doing, and you are only doing the minimum possible to keep your job, taking away your clients' ability to review your performance opens the door for you to give a shitty performance with zero consequences.

That being said, I saw Ashli Ames a couple of days ago. She was nice, good looking, good body, etc, etc, but her performance was rushed and very average to say the least.
