My two cents: for UTRs and more exclusive types I suspect the prices would go up. I just spoke to someone who said that usually when something like this happens she finds herself in greater demand then before. That's what happened when CL stopped advertising escorts and before BP took over. People don't have as many options, and also get a bit more concerned about LE activities, so they become more risk averse and revert to "known commodities".

Many who used to be on BP would probably hit the streets. There I suspect the price would go down. It's also possible that many former BP escorts would join P411 and establish another layer of options there. I doubt if Eros would see much of the difference.

I mainly agree with that. One added note though: Girls who provided shitty service and had to rely primarily on backpage for a steady flow of new clueless suckers will have to drop their rates even if they don't go the street route.
