It's a thing to try and get you to pay money to have it taken down. You can usually get it taken down with a DMCA notice, albeit if it's not your photo, that wouldn't work. In your case, Time for a new number.

1) Never pay before a meeting. If a girl insists on it, politely decline and move on to someone else.

2) If you still have conversations / texts saved, you could try reporting her to SA. On each profile there should be a button on the upper right with three dots. Click that and select "Report Member". You will need to upload evidence (like screenshots of conversations / texts).

3) It would be helpful if you could give us a link to her profile. I tried to search for it and I could not find it.
